Grant Finlayson founded PPEG in 2002 after a career as partner at leading international law firms Shearman & Sterling and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe (Tokyo, New York & San Francisco). Mr. Finlayson's academic background includes .J.D., Harvard Law School, A.B & A.M. in East Asian Studies, Stanford University, Senior Fulbright Scholar, University of Tokyo Faculty of Law.

Jeffrey Colett joined PPEG in 2003 after a career as an Investment Banker at Merrill Lynch and Nikko Securities (Tokyo and New York). Jeff attended the University of Chicago for his MBA and University of Utah for his B.A.

Ricky Budhrani joined PPEG in 2010 after 20+ years of senior consulting in cross border transactions, acqusitions, and project development. Mr. Budhrani has served as a Board member on private, public and non-profit organizations. Mr.Budhrani attended SEP at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
